The Barn: The Perfect Space for Your Wedding Ceremony and Reception

One of the highlights of Allen Hill Tree Farm is its stunning barn, which is perfect for hosting wedding ceremonies and receptions. If you are concerned about rain on your wedding day, no worries – the Barn can easily accommodate your ceremony. You can set up the ceremony at the front of the Barn with the Barn doors opened to see the orchard if desired. The bar is conveniently located under the DJ in the loft and next to the catering area. The Barn can accommodate up to 150-160 guests, but it is recommended to have 150 or fewer guests. The Barn’s main floor can hold 100 guests, and the loft can have additional seating.

The Loft

The loft is another beautiful space at Allen Hill Farm that can be used for additional seating or cocktail hour. It can also host a photo booth if you want to have one at your wedding. The DJ has a designated area in the loft, providing them with a great view of the dance floor and giving you and your guests more room for grooving!

Catering: Delicious and Convenient

When it comes to catering, Allen Hill Farm has you covered. A vendor list is provided to the couple, and there are four catering vendors to choose from. The catering team also helps with the setup and breakdown of your wedding and bartending. Additionally, the catering team has a designated area where they can do all their prep.

Bridal Suite: Luxurious and Spacious

Getting ready for your wedding can be a stressful and chaotic experience, but Allen Hill Farm provides a spacious and luxurious bridal suite to make things easier. The room is fully furnished and accessible from 8 am, so the bride and her bridesmaids can begin hair and makeup preparations. The room is massive and can easily accommodate all of the bride’s entourage.

Outdoors: Enjoy the Beautiful Surroundings

Allen Hill Farm is not just a beautiful indoor venue; it also offers plenty of outdoor spaces where couples can hold their ceremonies or receptions. Couples are welcome to bring their preferred yard games to make the event even more fun and interactive. Did I mention they have the best sunset in town? Well they do! Couples have access to the front fields to take in this breathtaking view while getting some amazing photographs!

The Ceremony Area: A Charming and Romantic Setting

Just outside of the back of the Barn is the ceremony area, which can use the Barn as the main backdrop or be held by the popular feature “The Big Rock,” which has an amazing country view. This location is also popular for the couple to have their first look if they are having one. There is also a gorgeous stone pathway to the rear left of the Barn leading from the bridal suite that can be used to walk down. One huge plus here is that this area is irrigated, so you will always have fresh green grass, no matter what!

Back Deck: A Perfect Space for Your Cocktail Hour

The back deck is another beautiful outdoor space that couples can use for their cocktail hour. The deck is spacious and provides a perfect view of the surroundings. A bar, bartender, and whiskey barrels are available for the cocktail hour, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The Orchard: A Unique and Breathtaking Backdrop

The Orchard is a beautiful outdoor space that couples can use for their ceremony and wedding photographs. It provides a unique and breathtaking backdrop for couples who want an outdoor wedding.

The Firepit: Laugh, play, and Smores’ away

For an additional fee, the fire pit can be added on to your wedding package. It is lined with wooden benches and chairs and comes with all the wood for the evening and the pit attendant. You can choose to bring your own s’mores or have them catered.

Rentals

When it comes to rentals, Allen Hill Farm has got you covered. Whiskey barrels, tables & chairs, and market lighting are all included in the package. If you’d like, you can add on drapery and a chandelier for an additional fee. Two arches are provided to choose from to use.

Additional Info

The Barn is equipped with AC and heating, making it comfortable for guests in any weather condition. The facilities are handicap accessible, making it easy for everyone to access the venue. Your reception and wedding rental is for six hours, allowing only one wedding per day. The Barn runs on solar power, and in case of a power outage, it has a backup generator to ensure the event continues without interruption. Fall is the most popular time of the year, so it is recommended to book early if you plan a fall wedding.
