Hello there. I’m TJ.

A NERD WITH A PASSION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY

But it wasn’t always that way.

“Growing up photography wasn’t really a thought in my mind.”

I was all about video games, comics, MTG, movies, music…and of course, POGs. Afterall, I did grow up in the 90s.

However, It wasn’t until two combat tours in Iraq and raising a family of my own that I discovered just how important photography would become to me.

Trust is the currency of life

Trust is everything. Believe it or not, it’s the currency we deal in every day. When you meet someone new, the first thing you assess is whether you can trust them. It’s what makes people go from being strangers to good friends.

When it comes to your wedding photography, I want to the friend-tographer in the room you can feel comfortable around all day and trust.

It’s why I take the time to learn about each and every one of the couples I have the honor of working with. This allows me to know your relationship, personalities, and vision for your wedding day so that together, we can deliver a story that truly represents you.

I CONNECTICUT WITH COUPLES WHO

  • Are wildly in love, fund, & laid-back
  • Are kind hearted souls
  • Are gamers, nerds, & geeks
  • Embrace creativity
  • Want moments over things
  • Love photos that feel
  • Embrace the imperfect
  • Walk their own path

The mess is perfect.

Most wedding photography focuses on cleaning things up.

Fixing the dress. Polishing the rings. Hiding the mess.
That removes the evidence.

A ring on a styled flat lay says very little.
A stained dress shows it was lived in.
Blistered feet show the dance floor mattered.

This is the proof the day was real.

Perfect is tidy, controlled, and forgettable.
Real memories carry texture, grit, and meaning.

A wedding day does not need to be staged into something else.
It deserves to be preserved as its unfolded.

The mess is part of the story. The evidence of the joy.
