About the venue

If you’re looking for a stunning venue for your wedding, look no further than Evergreen Farms in Dayville, CT! This place has got it all – a chic and modern vibe with just the right touch of rustic charm to make you feel at home. The owners, Jess and Michael, have done an amazing job of creating a relaxed atmosphere that will keep you and your guests stress-free. As I asked about the ambiance, the response was, “Our aim is to ensure that our guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and able to fully celebrate without any worries. After all, isn’t that the essence of a celebration?”. And I couldn’t agree more!

Exterior

As you approach the venue, the breathtaking exterior surrounded by lush trees and greenery will greet you. Once finished, the entrance will be breathtaking, with hydrangea trees, lamp posts, and stone paving the way to the ceremony site. In addition, they’re building a covered bridge to add even more character to this beautiful space.

The stunning ceremony site boasts towering trees, a pergola, and ample space for a large tent. And for those who love a good game of cornhole or horseshoes, there’s plenty of room for yard games at the back side of the coop. The second-floor private deck provides even more privacy with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. And they’re planting several trees in April, including a cherry tree, to add even more natural beauty to the venue.

Interior

The interior is just as impressive as the exterior, with large double doors from the Lattitude 41 restaurant in Mystic and an open ceiling that lets you see all the way up to the second floor lined by gorgeous black steel panels. The exposed post and beams will be highlighted by black sconces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dance floor is huge, measuring 12′ x 60′, and the bar area has room for three bartenders. They’ve even repurposed the original grain feeder from the coop as a bar sled to keep drinks flowing smoothly to the couple at their table.

The catering prep room is conveniently located, with private and handicap-accessible entrances. If you prefer an indoor ceremony, the venue is ready to host it. Your DJ will have a designated area on the first floor, and the dressing rooms on the second floor will have access to a private deck and plenty of space to get ready. Both include countertops, white walls, and mirrors. Each floor has its own bathroom, and the second floor even has a fireplace room and leather couches and tables every 10′ so guests to relax in style.

At Evergreen Farms, you can enjoy a worry-free experience. Jess and Michael have got everything covered and will provide you with all the necessary rentals, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. They’ll provide you with everything you need, like a smores station and tables and chairs made from the reclaimed wood from the venue. And as a bonus, they’ll even let you choose a Christmas tree from their tree farm!

At Evergreen Farms, you can host up to 125 guests with ease. The venue is equipped with both heating and AC to keep your guests at the perfect temperature. You can choose any vendors you wish for your wedding, such as catering, DJ, and Photographer. Evergreen Farms even has a vendor list to share with couples. When you book the venue, you have access to the entire venue, all amenities, and the whole weekend, giving you plenty of time to set up and clean up.
