StoneHurst’s History

First let’s take a moment to appreciate how StoneHurst came to be. Once an Alpaca farm with the main barn and mansion, in 2017 it was purchased and the incredible barn reception area was added through the meticulous work of Quiet Barn Restoration. In 2018, StoneHurst opened their doors to rock weddings, and in 2020, the mansion was given a total overhaul to ensure every corner of Stonehurst exudes grandeur and style. When you explore the grounds at StoneHurst, you can feel how every inch of the property was designed with weddings in mind.

The Barn at StoneHurst

The Barn is a remarkable and spacious venue capable of accommodating up to 300 guests (without the dance floor) or 250 guests (with the dance floor). With its unique charm and artistic flair, the Barns gorgeous post and beam reception room will leave you speechless. It is fully accessible for everyone and boasts the convenience of AC/Heat, ensuring a comfortable environment regardless of the weather. The Barn has got you covered ( pun intended ) with its exposed post and beam construction and amazing chandeliers. They’ve also got a cocktail room, an outdoor fire pit for those cozy moments. For those who can appreciate nature’s beauty, The Forest ceremony site will leave you in awe.

When it’s time to get ready for your wedding day, the dedicated wedding suite has your back. With access to the suite starting at 8 am on the day of your wedding, it comes complete with full catering to satisfy your appetite like true rockstars. Wedding time slots at The Barn start at 4, 5, and 6 pm. And if you want to keep the party going into the night, you have the option to extend the celebration if you kick off the festivities before 6 pm. Barn weddings are 5.5 hours long, concluding at 11:30 pm. 

The Mansion at StoneHurst

The Mansion is a charming venue ideal for more intimate gatherings. With a capacity for up to 120 guests, it offers an exclusive and intimate setting and boasts a stunning post and beam Swiss chalet look with a jaw-dropping stone façade. As soon as you step through those wrought iron doors, prepare to be amazed! The grand entrance is incredible with beautiful stone fireplaces. A wedding at the Mansion will definitely  be an unforgettable experience that will leave you and your guests in awe. 

The Mansion is fully accessible and equipped with AC/Heat, ensuring everyone’s comfort. The Mansion comes with your choice between the riverside or the serene greens as your ceremony site.

The wedding suite is available at 8 am on your wedding day. It provides the same excellent catering services you receive you would receive at the Barn to keep you energized and ready to make a grand entrance. Weddings for Mansion mirror those of The Barn, allowing you to select the most suitable time for your celebration.

To elevate your celebration even further, StoneHurst offers outstanding full rental options, including amazing round farm tables that add a touch of rustic elegance to your chosen venue site.

Transportation Options

From May to October, StoneHurst’s trolley is at your service for an additional fee,  injecting a delightful touch of charm into your wedding day. If you prefer a more compact option, their golf carts are also available, allowing you to navigate our beautiful grounds with ease and style.

Catering Choices

Catering is included in your package when you book StoneHurst. You are provided with two options. You can choose from a plated dinner to a buffet style BBQ. Plated dinner has the choice of Filet, Salmon, or Chicken and the BBQ buffet style is provided by the one and only Black Dog Bar & Grille!

Bartending Choices

When it comes to wetting the whistle of you and your guests, StoneHurst provides two options. Open bar and capped bar. A capped bar offers you to set an amount you want for an initial open bar, and then once that balance is hit, the bar goes into the cash bar. You also don’t have to worry about waiting in a line to get your next beverage, as the StoneHurst staff will bring them to you!

StoneHurst is Pet Friendly

At Stonehurst, they love dogs as much as you do! They proudly declare themselves a dog-friendly venue, so feel free to bring your furry pals along. Just remember to keep them trained and leashed, as they value everyone’s safety and comfort.

Rehearsal Dinners

And if you’re planning a rehearsal dinner, they’ve got you covered. StoneHurst offers Thursday evenings as an option to host your pre-wedding gathering at a first come first serve basis.

When it comes to vendors, StoneHurst wants your wedding to reflect your unique style. Other than the included catering when you book with StoneHurst, feel free to bring in any vendors that tickle your fancy to bring your vision to life. Such as DJ’s, Photographers, Decor, and more!

Cleaning Assistance

Stonehurst does require that you clean up the night of your wedding. Anything that is brought by yourself or vendors, will need to be taken that night. The Stonehurst staff will assist you with this clean up.

Booking At StoneHurst

Booking with Stonehurst not only guarantees a remarkable venue but also includes the invaluable support of a dedicated coordinator to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. They will take care of all the setup, making sure your decor is picture-perfect. StoneHurst’s calendar fills up quickly, as they book up to two years in advance. Stonehurst in season dates are from May to December with the off season being Jan to April.
